Thank you for shopping at Chart Tactical. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for most items. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

Medical and first-aid supplies (tourniquets, hemostatic dressings, and similar items)
Body armor and ballistic protection products that have been worn, fitted, or removed from sealed packaging
Custom-built or made-to-order kits
Gift cards and final-sale/clearance items

These restrictions exist because we cannot verify the safety integrity of used protective or medical equipment once it has left our control, and reselling such items could put another customer's safety at risk.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at graham@chartdigitalventures.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at graham@chartdigitalventures.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.
