Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom kits and made-to-order items may require additional processing time; you will be notified of the expected timeline when you place a custom order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination and are typically 3-8 business days within the continental United States after processing.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products we carry, including body armor and other regulated protective equipment, are subject to state and local laws that restrict or prohibit their sale or shipment to residents of certain jurisdictions. It is the customer's responsibility to know and comply with the laws of their state or locality before purchasing regulated items. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that we determine cannot be lawfully shipped to its destination.

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Chart Tactical is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at graham@chartdigitalventures.com and we will work with the carrier on your behalf.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at graham@chartdigitalventures.com — we can only make changes before the order ships.
